Angie is a 2005 graduate of Baltimore School of Massage and has been practicing massage therapy in the Lancaster area for over a decade. She holds a high standard of self care which helps her clients learn by example. A few of her favorite forms of self care are creating art, hiking, kayaking and practicing yoga.
She is always continuing her education to deepen her knowledge of the body and bring new modalities to her practice. Modalities that may be used during a massage session include, CranioSacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Reflexology, Therapeutic stretching and Thai Massage. She believes that through bodywork, yoga and energetics the body has the ability to self heal. Expect a fluid combination of these modalities during your bodywork session with her.
Angie is also a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a focus on alignment. Her classes emphasize alignment, intentional breath work and the mind body connection. Expect to learn more about the anatomy of postures, move carefully and feel restored when you attend a class from her.
