We tend to associate any form of improving our health, with deprivation, misery and failure. We are constantly fighting against our cravings and trying to not eat the unhealthy foods that we love, muscling ourselves through a strict regimen, until we are completely exhausted and give up.
But what if there is more to losing weight than just changing our diet? What if there is an imbalance that is preventing us from losing weight? Or maybe we have experienced past trauma and our bodies are holding on to that weight to protect us!

– Being content and, yes, even happy in our own bodies
– Feeling confident
– Understanding that when we learn to love ourselves, we will also extend that love to others around us!
