Juanita King, Certified Health Coach

Juanita is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the Institute of Functional Health Coaching and is currently enrolled in a three year program at the School of Applied Functional Medicine to achieve her AFMC. Her own personal story from fatigue to vitality led her to passionately help others. Her mission is to truly believe in each person she has contact with, meeting them where they are with no judgement, helping them to believe in themselves, and empowering them with tools to achieve improved health for themselves!!

Courtney Weaver, Licensed Massage Therapist

Courtney is a graduate of Lancaster School of Massage where she cultivated a passion for using techniques like neuromuscular therapy and sports massage.

Tammy Snyder, Yoga Instructor

Tammy is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt! She customizes her classes so that they are suitable for any level student. Tammy believes that everyone no matter the age, shape, size, or disability can do yoga. Due to her own personal body shape and size, she has an insight and compassion for those with similar physical attributes.

Anne Jamison, Health Coach

Anne is currently enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and will receive an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate in November of this year. She became interested in nutrition in 2006 as a student at Penn State University and has since made studying vitamins, minerals, different dietary theories and different health approaches her favorite pastime. She has joined Immerse to help people discover the root causes of their ailments, learn how to shop for and prepare food, and find their way to a path of better health.

Sara Gallagher, Yoga Instructor

Sara Gallagher is an advocate for sustainable wellness coupled by a deep connection to Nature. In Sara’s own words “Life to me is about feeling alive. Yoga is how I integrate who I Am, what I uniquely express, and how I expand a positive impact. As an advocate for sustainable wellness with a deep love of Nature, I aim to use Yoga and Mediation as tools for one to find the essence of themselves and their connection to the world around them."
