Amy is a Leadership & Personal Growth Coach, certified by The John Maxwell Team. Her passion is to help people get “unstuck” in their life or business. All of us are navigating changes in life, and the road to success is not meant to be traveled alone. Amy comes alongside clients to help them create a powerful, customized, and intentional plan to move forward on their personal journey and transform their results.
Amy is also a certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner and combines coaching with the use of essential oils. The Aroma Freedom technique uses the power of scent to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, toward a positive outlook and attitude. This results in greater confidence and inner freedom. When we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets, we are free to create the life we desire.
Amy has accumulated experience in a variety of industries including women’s ministry, children’s ministry, insurance, jewelry, restaurants, staffing/recruitment, direct sales, agriculture, teaching, caregiving for special needs individuals and the elderly, and financial planning. She has traveled around the US and internationally with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and The John Maxwell Team. Her ongoing training, love of teaching, and the variety of experiences she has accumulated over her lifetime have equipped Amy to serve you and your team.
Amy lives in Mount Joy with her husband, Patrick, and their three fur kids – Moose, Micky, and Marvin. Patrick and Amy celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in 2018. Amy enjoys listening to worship music, traveling, walking, practicing yoga, learning, reading, using essential oils, and spending time with family. She is the oldest of seven siblings and has nine nieces and nephews.
