Juanita is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the Institute of Functional Health Coaching. She has also completed an advanced course through IIN on hormone health. Her passion to help other women led her to study at IIN and then pursue her crazy, seemingly impossible, dream of starting a wellness center to be able to impact even more lives and help others through her genuine passion and love for each individual. Her mission is to truly believe in each person she has contact with, meeting them where they are with no judgement, helping them to believe in themselves, and teaching them to fly!!
Julia has been helping clients manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, and prevent injuries since 2007. She has had the pleasure of sharing her work in a variety of settings over the past six years ranging from spas, to chiropractic clinic, to massage center, to ivy league poolside to her own private office. Combining her experiences in all of these settings, she is excited to serve a broad client base with her unique skill of combining therapies to create unique massages for each client's unique needs. She also has extensive experience with athletes of all levels from the weekend 5K warrior to the professional athlete.

Angie is a graduate of Baltimore School of Massage and has been practicing massage therapy since 2005 in the Lancaster area. Her goal for each person that her practice serves is to bring mind and body balance by using her intuitive nature and learned knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She holds a high standard of personal self care which helps her clients learn by example.
Mary is a health coach, nutritional therapist and life coach who loves to help people feel full of energy, life and joy! She has attended the Culinary Institute of America, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the Nutritional Therapy Association, and the Health Coach Institute. Mary is inspired to help people feel better because of her own journey to health. Her biggest healing has come from diet/nutrition, essential oils and emotional work. Mary has helped people expand their food tastes and cooking creativity. She has helped them increase their energy, lighten their mood, balance their weight, improve their sleep, cleanse their liver and more.
Katie has a B.S. in Counseling through Clarks Summit University, has worked in the mental health field on and off for the last 10 years, and also has served as an advocate at a local pregnancy center. Having gone through her own journey of healing and recovery, she brings a unique and well-rounded perspective on the power that owning one's story and making the decision to choose wellness can have on a person's heart and mind. As a self-care and wellness advocate, Katie is passionate about helping others learn to value themselves as they embrace life's journey toward health and wholeness. Life has a way of throwing curveballs, and sometimes it's necessary to stop, take a breath, and begin to process where you are, how you got there, and how to move forward.
Leah aspires to promote compassion for the self and others through her yoga classes. A 20-year practitioner of yoga, she pursued her 200-hour certification in Alignment Yoga from West End Yoga to share her love of yoga with others. Leah is passionate about creating space for students of all levels to tap into their bodies, while also finding ease through breath and proper alignment. Generally she teaches a slow-flow vinyasa yoga, but also can be found teaching hatha and meditation.
Tammy is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt! She customizes her classes so that they are suitable for any level student. Tammy believes that everyone no matter the age, shape, size, or disability can do yoga. Due to her own personal body shape and size, she has an insight and compassion for those with similar physical attributes.
Jennifer found a passion for yoga after many years as a foster-care/adoption Social Worker. She has dedicated the last decade to health and fitness in her everyday life and has a strong desire to share the positive effects yoga had upon her life. Jenn founded The Lime Tree Yoga in Newton’s Square before moving to Lancaster where her heart was captured! Jenn is trained in Ashtanga Yoga and teaches Vinyasa style classes. Jenn enjoys sharing her practice and helping others along their health and wellness journeys by creating a positive energy that fosters growth, love and compassion.
